*Whose* mistakes are these...?

This little pair of mistakes comes to us from the lovely MRS. X! First, the writer makes a homonym error...he should have written whose. And then he forgets to apostrophize Ms. O'Donnell's name! I'd be a little fearful if I were this writer...I wouldn't wanna mess with Rosie. I have a feeling she could give a pretty good ass-kickin'!

Thanks to MRS. X for finding this!

I gotta be honest, I make that homowhatever mistake myself. (It is a rather effeminate error when you think about it...)

Wait. What am I saying? Damn it.

As for Rosie, dropping the apostrophe is her idea of dieting.

If you ever say to her: Penny for your thoughts, make sure you get your change.

I got a million of them. All you gotta do is ask.

In fact, it looks like Rosie is giving her poorly punctuated name the stink eye in that picture. :)

Though, to be fair, I'd rather be on Rosie's bad side than Donald's; the latter could sue your ass into oblivion. :)

@ Brian: Clearly, her diet's not working so well. Not for her, and not for us grammarians.

@ Mrs. X: Yeah, you're right! (Well, if someone screwed up my name like that, I'd probably glare at 'em too. :)

@ EVula: Very good point. And if The Donald sued my ass, I'd have less money to buy shoes! And that would totally suck. ;)

It's all a part of that homophonic agenda the Christian Right has been talking about for so long ;-)

LOL! That must be it, Carlos! ;)
