I wouldn't mind checkin' out *his* six-pack...

My Phillies have made me very, very angry. They made an apostrophe catastrophe in an e-mail blast that features a picture of The Most Beautiful Human Being On Earth (Cole Hamels, of course). It should be game's, not games. And didn't we already go over how it's so uncool to have any apostrophe errors anywhere near the greatness that is Cole Hamels?

Perhaps whoever wrote the copy for this e-blast was distracted by the image of Cole Hamels and the words "six-pack" appearing in the same vicinity? On that note: I think Hamels would pitch even better if he pitched shirtless. (God forbid the Phillies ever allow that to happen--nobody'd ever be able to shut me up. I'd be joyfully screaming my pretty little head off for, like, days. For serious.)

He's all that and a six pack in spite of the fact that his parents named him Colbert.

Colbert's such a nerdy-sounding name, but I love the name Cole. :) And he definitely *is* all that and a six-pack!

(It's a good thing I re-read this comment before submitting it, because I'd totally written "sex-pack". Freudian slip much?)

Heh-heh. Colbert really is a nerdy name. Made me think of Dilbert, Dogbert, and Catbert.
However, Cole is a cutie. I can see you drooling from here, you know. *wink*
Love you.

Hahaha! Omigod, that's hilarious. I never thought of that!

Even with a striped/crooked tie or nerdy glasses, though, I suspect Colbert would still be smokin' hot. :) Love you too, Mom!

I suppose the name is not as nerdy sounding as we think if the parents pronounced all Frenchish like Stephen Colbert

Ha! That's true. Now I really wonder how his parents pronounced "Colbert". :) I do think hearing the name "Colbert Hamels" (with "Colbert" being pronounced all Frenchish) would make me giggle...it would just sound funny!

So... we need some typos involving hot women for a change. Between this and the Tudors post, there's really nothing for us guys... well, except for the lovely Miss Grammarphile, of course. ;)

(people say I know how to backpedal well... no clue why they say that)

Ha! Thanks, EVula. ;) Hey, I'll make you a deal--if you wanna do a guest post sometime for me that involves typos and hot women, you're more than welcome to. I'm sure you can write more effectively about hot girls than I can (my boy-craziness kinda gets in the way). :)
