FOODIE FRIDAY for January 2, 2009

My friend PETER was recently traveling in India. He was kind enough to snap some pictures of Indian Engrish for us while he was there. Considering that these folks don't speak English as their first language, we'll be kind and simply smile at (as opposed to mock, like usual) these charming errors...

During his travels, Peter noticed a restaurent. (I think it's totally cute how they called it a "chill out place"!)

I wonder what types of food they serve in the restaurent...

I'm imagining that ministroni soup is a much tinier version of minestroni soup. Wouldn't that be cute?

Thanks, PETER, for finding these deliciously Engrish-y errors!

I've always preferred the megastroni. Happy new year to you.

Maybe its just me...but there is NO way in hell I would ever eat at a restaurant called the Elephant Stable. On the other hand Salmonellas offers the finest in exclusive, top of the market dining and cuisine. FDA's most respected restaurent of 08!
