Truth in advertising? Not this time...

During the holiday shopping season, be wary of misleading signs advertising products...

JEANNE says, "I actually looked at these because I did like the socks and did not want the grippers." Yet you can see from the picture...these socks most definitely have grippers on the bottom (in the form of words)! If the company had hyphenated the phrase no-slide, then their sign would have been accurate...but unhyphenated, these words are a big, fat, aromatherapeutic lie! (I guess this company doesn't take a no-nonsense approach to correct punctuation, hmmm?)

Thanks to JEANNE for this picture!

Maybe it was a different typo; the socks clearly don't have side grippers. :)

Erm, aromatherapy socks? Might as I inquire as to what possible use these could have?
As someone who does not regularly smell my feet, I would like to know!

Haha...I think it must be a therapeutic thing...like the socks are infused with essential oils to... Oh, I dunno. What the hell DO essential oils or other aromatherapy things do for feet? Now I'm perplexed, too...
