It's a drive-by homonym photo-shooting!

Uh, my what is approved, exactly? 'Cause that's a possessive-type word, as opposed to you're, which is the word that should have been used there...

Gracias to JUSTIN for spotting this one. Not only does he get kudos for submitting the picture, he also gets the Red Pen, Inc. Daredevil award for taking the picture while he was driving! JUSTIN, thanks for throwing yourself into a potentially dangerous driving situation for the sake of mocking bad grammar--now that's dedication!

That's horrible! I've seen a rash of your/you're errors lately. Gah!

Ugh. Sloppy writing annoys the hell out of me. I feel your pain, Becky!

your/you're is one of my favorite mistakes. But I wish more people made the mistake the OTHER way around - as in, you're blog is good, you're kind of humor is right up my alley.

Haha, Rachel...I think hell would be freezing over if I said I wanted to see more of this homonym error the other way around ('cause no matter which way somebody screws up the homonym, it still makes me want to cry). :)

Okay, I just had to rush back here to tell you that I just saw someone use "you're" instead of "your". (It was a comment left on a blog - "You're post was great!") Wow. My wish came true, and I feel so... I don't even KNOW what.

Haha. Maybe today's your day to play the lottery--see what happens! :)
