One huge, whopping error after another...

I was pretty much floored when I saw this picture. There's more red ink than black ink on this thing, and with good reason. First: what the fuck is whopping in this context? Second, u is no substitute for the word you unless you're, like, 7th graders IMing with each other (and even then it's hardly an excuse). And what's up with the language like "and then there appeared a direction telling that..."? It sounds like it came straight out of some sort of Ungrammatical Bible. My head hurt from looking at this. Hell, my head still hurts.

Thanks to RACHEL for sending in this crazy picture!

Gotta love tech manuals written in other countries by non-native speakers of English. :-)

It’s Your Damned Language

Written? You call this WRITTEN? I think it's a pile of bad grammar vomited up onto paper. :)

I'm going with the "infinite monkeys" theory on this one. (One of the monkeys should have produced a perfect manual, but the lazy editor got tired of looking through an infinite number of poorly written manuals, and deemed this one close enough.)

Ha! I'm willing to buy into that theory.
