"I am SUPERBILF, and I approve this message..."

Ahhh, yesterday was a glorious day concerning Phillies baseball. It took them all weekend, but they finally beat those freakin' Mets. (They lost Friday night AND Saturday afternoon--I was witness to the latter, and it wasn't pretty. Well, some of the ballplayers were pretty, but the game itself? Not so much.)

The fact that the Phillies beat the Mets last night is pretty much due to Chase Utley's supreme awesomeness. He batted 1.000 for the night, plus he was responsible for 2 runs, 2 home runs, and 4 RBIs. This helped to propel my fantasy baseball team, the BILFs (yes, you read that right, and yes, it kinda means what you think it does...in a very tongue-in-cheek sort of way, anyway), from a dismal ninth place in the league to a very respectable 4th place. Therefore I am dubbing Mr. Chase Cameron Utley...SUPERBILF! Because that's what he is...

Oh! Oh, yeah, there's a grammar mistake we need to discuss, isn't there? My good friend KEITH found this cute little homonym error (thanks, Keith!). Some goober used the wrong to/too/two. (For the record, it should be "two"...obviously.) I so wish that idiots wouldn't put homonym errors in such close proximity to Mr. Utley. It almost--almost!--makes him less cute...

Ahahaha! A "to/too/two" error AND a "double-and." I surely hope somebody was fired for this blunder.

My old boss Kelly (also a Phillies and Utley fan) would approve of your BILFs. She picks her fantasy teams every year based solely on the look of the players' buns. For some reason she does fairly well, maybe because a well-toned backside is representative of strong running muscles.

First, thanks for reading this post--I was afraid that because I'd posted two really long posts on top of this one, that this would get buried and nobody would ever read it! So thanks for scrolling down and checking out the SUPERBILF! :) ...I was going to pick my fantasy team this year solely based on attractiveness of the players, but all my friends told me that would be a completely retarded idea. (I thought it would be a neat experiment, but whatever.) I settled for a few actual BILFS and a bunch of other good players. Kelly sounds like a kindred spirit...and if she has Utley on her team this year like I do, I'm sure she's very pleased with his performance thus far!
