A case of disagreement.

I'm all about ladies flirting. You go, girls! Of course, that means more than one lady is flirting. That means that ladies (plural) are being flirts (also plural). Here, we have more than one lady (plural) being a flirt (singular). That's right. Lots of ladies. But they're being just one flirt. How exactly does that work?

Oh, right. I know how it works. The writer didn't understand that the noun and the verb actually have to agree. The writer (singular) is a dummy (also singular). Get it?
