A grisly error.

I'm used to seeing the your and you're types of homonyms errors. Too, to, and two errors are also pretty common. But the above is a homonym error I never thought I'd see: using the word grizzly instead of grisly. One of these words is a type of bear; the other is an adjective. And up there on the page, it seems like the word the author should have chosen is grisly, the adjective. Unless, of course, this story's about a murdered bear, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case.
